WISHING FOR A BETTER DAY

Although today was amazing
Tomorrow will come shortly.
I hope it is better than today
But chances are it won't be.
It all started with a text
Next thing you know its dark.
I never want to stop
Because i want to leave my mark.
So I fall asleep satisfied
And hope for a better day.
Altough I never want tonight to end
I cannot delay
