Third World
The battle was lost
So now there is a cost
A fight to stay alive
All the children are deprived
Even as the birds talk and sing
There are no bells to ring
Everyone is farming
People there are starving
Your trust is broken
This is no way to be
All these children beg and plea
The children cannot learn
Their eyes see their houses burn
All their clothes tattered and torn
Their friends and family die in the morn’
How can we live as kings?
While they have to see these things
Why is it not me?
Why do they have to be
In a Third World Country
