You put a smile on my face
Every time you tell me you care
Words decorated pretty with lace
In you I see something rare
It's like finding delight in bitterness
When all hope is out of sight
You emerge from this wilderness
And become my guiding light
Your sweetness diminishes all strife
Kindness found in everything you do
Anyone would be lucky to be in your life
And that's why I'm lucky I met you.
