Waves crashing
Sun glistening
Calming
Yet invigorating
A spotlight on the horizon
A pathway to paradise
The dark blues and greens
A wave forms
The darkness, the mystery
Thins and
A new crystal clear blue appears
As light as my heart,
It illuminates the darkness
The water is glassy
‘Til the wave breaks and
The water recedes off the shore

You should be proud to be the author of such a poem. Words... often an essential tool for beauty. This piece, my friend, inspired beauty in its every line. I present you with applause.
