I'm never found
Normally forgotten
You search and search
I always seem to be the one place you never look
Under the loney chair
Between the pages of that old book
But it's okay
I like it there
I never really wanted to be the one small part of the bigger picture
I wanted to be different
The one piece that made things interesting
But you have forgotten me
My puzzle put away
Out of your sight
And I'm out of your mind
But it's okay
I'm here with all the other missing pieces
who have been forgotten
because we just couldn't stand to be the same.
