Come Back For Me
From the attic
I can hear
The screams
And it seems
That other men
Is the theme
Of the night.
And when mother tries
To redeem herself
You walk out
The door
And i don't see you anymore.
And i'm torn
From my core
Cause my eyes are sore
From crying over
Your absence.
You say
It's not because of me.
It's destiny.
The way T
hings are supposed to be
But i would have to disagree.
If i'm not the reason you left
Then why can't i be the reason
You come home?
Roam
If you must
But i made this poem
So you'd tell me
You'll take me away
With you
Cause i can't stay
With mother.
I'm barely visible
And i can feel myself
Pull away
From the rest of the world
Until i'm completely unseen
So i let fate intervein
As i fade out
And wait
For you
To come back for me
