Look at you
In the corner,
Speaking softly
To the spiderwebs
In your mind
Wondering why
The world is grey
And everyone hates
Everyone else
Look at you
Sitting in the back
Letting everything
Walk over you,
Not ever caring.
A shy butterfly
Who won't unfurl
Its wings to try
To fly away
Look at you,
In the clouds,
Flying upside down.
Poor butterfly
With fragile wings.
Your life wasn't over
Until yesterday
When you chose
To fall...
