whisper my name
I can’t write the feeling I feel
But if I could
My tears would be letters
The chill in my spine would be the turning of a page
The quiver in my soul would be the way in which it is read
The thumping of my heart would be the commas dividing up sentences
And the whispering of your name would be its meaning and depth
The whispering of your name
Would bring every reader and listener to tears
It brought me to scream as I raised the dagger above my head
I drove it down fast and furious
Yet, you see it in slow motion
Every reader’s eyes scan the pages lines vigorously
The whole piece of literature speeds up
My last seconds near
And the whispering of your name
Is my feelings meaning
It’s my suicides reasoning
The whispering of your name
Stops me
A strong hand wraps around my wrist
The dagger centimeters away from my skin
You heard my feeling
You heard my need
You read in between my articles lines
And now the feeling fades away
The ending sentence comes along and the books at its close
As you hold me in your arms
And I whisper your name
And you whisper mine

To be honest, I'm not into this sort of dramatic writing - but I like the words you used and how you make me think this is all in a book. Probably not at all what you intended, but it's what I'm imagining! I like the "whisper you name" thing, too. The last two lines are what make it great.
Please check out my work - I posted two articles, A Hundred Years and A Little Bird anonymously (big mistake!) and so nobody sees them!!
