"I love you" [the words that nurture or murder the soul]
Everyone seems to respond to hate as a strong word,
But then we throw love around like it’s nothing
Did anyone ever stop to think,
That maybe those words
Those beautiful, powerful, dangerous words
“I love you”
unlocked something inside of me
And allowed my soul to reach towards another.
But because the words were a lie,
The support of them disintegrated when my soul was just on it’s way into the world.
Now it is dead
Now I am dead
