The day you took my Innocence
I only feel safe in the caverns of my sheets ever since you took your piece
Consumed by a beast, I no longer feel peace
You chewed me up and spit me out
Now I hide in the shadow of an empty heart where you lay heavy
I wonder if this fight to get back to life will ever end
I’ve frozen in time the day you took my innocence
I’m trying to thaw out this cold hearted person but it’s taking too long
I need to move on
Someone set fire to this soulless attire and set me free
