A Million Pieces
Scattered Across the Floor
It's impossible to put them together
like they were before
Glue won't hold it together
neither will tape
The damage is permanent
like the pain I can't escape
I don't care about the blood
I'm willing to risk it
to keep love in my life
I'll try and fix it
yet my mission is impossible
My task obsolete
I could try a million times
and still meet defeat
Because a million shattered pieces
are spread across the floor
and it's impossible to put them together
like they were before...
