Social Murder
The day was cool
The sun so bright
With no thought of the previous night
A delicious breeze ran through her hair
She lay there still, without a care
A single muscle she failed to move
The sunlight danced round her
As if in a silent groove
The girl lay lifeless as he had wanted
He so thought of the way she taunted
He finally gained the social peace had seeked
As the girl's friend's eyes grew red and leaked
He'd get no more spite from this young girl
The terrible night had gone by in a whirl
The music, the dancing, the cruel laughter
He hoped she'd act better in the hereafter
When she wondered away from the rest of the pack
He followed her behind the small tin shack
He tried explaining his viable reason
For his action, his so called treason
She wouldn't hear of it and attempted to scream
For her posse and evil team
He had grabbed her and covered her mouth
She had clawed at him as her calm went south
He stabbed as her struggling grew weaker
For once she was quiet and much meeker
Than he had ever seen her
She stopped moving and so
Her stopped jabbing and let her go
She lay silent and still in that red pool
And yet the day was cool
