I can't sleep
My mind is racing
with unwanted thoughts
and memories
The way you tortured me
with your words
and your hate
that made me hate myself
"I understand"
they tell me
But they don't
no one knows
or has to go through
all the b.s.
that I have gone through
and one day
I'll just burst
with rage and sadness
The darkness within me
will take over
and swallow me whole
There's no turning back
the damage is done
