Beauty
What do you call Beauty?
Where can someone find it?
Is it someone's complexion,
Or how their clothes might fit?
Do you find it in their eyes,
Their lips, their smile, their height?
Or is it in their heart,
And how they care with all their might?
Is it how they laugh with joy,
When having friends and fun?
What beauty is, I do not know,
But someday, I'll find out.
Somehow, someday, I will see
What Beauty's all about.
But also isn't Beauty death?
To finally let go?
Or bring the family all as One,
For Grandma's one last show?
Beauty is in everything.
From people, hearts, and gold,
But what this "beauty" really is,
Now that is truth untold.
True beauty everybody has.
No matter how you've tried,
Beauty only comes one way.
It comes from
Deep Inside.
