that I'll
blast my ears off
make them bleed
go completely deaf
but I don't care
because the music
puts life into me
makes each breath
more special than the last
each heartbeat
bump-ba-bump
with a little more
enthusiasm
so what
if no one else
can hear what I hear
can feel what I feel
because every (heart)beat
is a secret
