I cant FORGET
We may be out
But it' not over.
She may forgive you
But I haven't yet.
To me
you
don't exist
until I am FORCED
to sit down with you
and PRETEND
that everything is fine.
I haven't FORGOTTEN
what you did.
I haven't FORGOTTEN
that COLD, EMPTY soul
behind your eyes.
I will NEVER forget.
They may BELIEVE you've
CHANGED.
They may fall for your SPELL.
They may want the GIFTS you
give them.
But I don't BELIEVE
you've CHANGED.
I see through your ACT of LIES.
You cannot buy me.
I still remember the TEARS
and the BRUISES you caused.
I still remember the SHATTERED glass
and SPLINTERED wood.
I still remember
seeing you take the
FIGHT out of her.
They may not
REMEMBER.
But I DO.
