The journey doesn't end the river just simply bends.

Enjoy where the river takes you because you may just end up some place better.

Sometimes it sweeps you gently along and sometimes the rapids come out of no where!

Go with the flow.Whatever you resist, persist take the path of no resistance.

New obstacles are always hitting you.

Never ending as it flows, but gets greater with in me!

Changing the course. It can be done, but its not easy.

The biggest cry for help is silence.

The deeper it gets, the less noise it makes.

It takes short cuts but not cause its power but its persistence!

Enjoy it because every touch of a river will not be the same cause you can not touch the same water twice.

When you jump in don't fear something might happen. Don't let fear control your life. Learn how to overcome your fear.

Get up when your down, come back when no one expects you to and stand tall when everyone is pulling you down.

Take a deep breathe and keep on going.

You do not drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.

You will never know your limits unless you push yourself to them
