Lady Heels
I was Seven,
Mommy said we're going out
to buy me a nice pair
of big girl shoes.
Simple black Mary Janes
with tiny bows,
ones that won't pinch
my little toes.
I am eighteen now,
I finally have them!
a pait of tall Lady heels
I so longed to try.
I eagerly put them on,
letting Mommy's warning fly.
Hours later,
I found out why.

Yes, I must agree; heels are indeed, a pain in the butt!
