You stand and watch me fall,
The life coming right out of my eyes,
As though you are draining it out yourself.
I’m sprawled out on the ground,
My body’s convulsing,
You’ve given me your drug,
And your drug is what I fell for,

Your drug is what killed me.

Hi! What an interesting first impression I'm getting on your writing! Very spooky, a little dark, but definitely one of those poems that makes you think. I really, really like your metaphor of "the wrong person" as a drug. Isn't is strangely true how often that is the case? I went through this a couple years ago and had immense troubles getting out of my "addiction." Interestingly enough, you also mention the life draining out of [your] eyes. It seems to me that the narrator is being "hypnotized," or something of the like. Pretty mind-boggling, but that's just my take on it. I'll be looking for more from you of this nature! (:
