Gift Poem
Everyday when I come home
You are sitting there,
Watching movies
You never ask to play a game
Alone just sitting and watching
You just come from chores
Still a hint of cattle
I know that you are tired,
We all are
“Do you want to play a game”
I sometimes ask theres always a no
“Do you want go sledding”
Finally you answer yes
You spin me around and laugh
The motor running and working
The sled goes flying
Spinning around doing donuts
You laugh again, enjoyment is all
See you can have fun
Even if it is with me
