Her hand is warm in mine.

But the sand beneath me is cold.

I look out to the water in front of us.

It stretches out as far as I can see.

Fading in the distance.

The ocean mirrors in the moonlight.

I watch as the waves lap over each other.

A slight breeze blows by.

Blowing  loose hairs over her eyes.

I slowly brush them away.

And when I do.

It reveals her eyes.

Just as blue and beautiful as the ocean in front of us.

For a moment we look just at each other.

A smile slowly spreads across her face.

I look away as the warm feeling in my heart spreads to my face.

I never want this moment to end.
