The one I love - 55 Fiction
I could turn to him anytime
knowing
that he would be there.
He's the type that never changes -
the boy I met 3 years ago is the boy
I still know.
When I cry, he's there
in my arms.
So close yet so far.
I close the novel,
wishing
that fictional characters
were real.

This is a free verse poetic piece I wrote for my Writer's Craft class. We had to tell a story within 55 words or less, falling under a category invented by some very creative people "55 Fiction". What inspired me to write this was rereading Looking For Alaska by John Green and falling in love with Miles Teller. He's an absolute dream. Enjoy :)
