Stumbled into the hole
Every way she turns black floods her eyes
The room is enlarging yet the space is suffocating
As she pushes away she draws herself further inside
Breath shortens and a cry escapes her lips
Crawling on all fours to find an escape
As the tunnel comes to an end she is free
Never having escaped
Instead tricked into maturity
