Complicated
She is the one who looms over her friends chattering a new tale...
She is the one who picks out her outfit in the early morning.
She is the one who scrunches her face when cataloging a bird....
She is the one who is enchanted by animals.
She is the one who tosses her phone onto the lunch table in frustration....
She is the one who is like a sunny day with storm clouds hidden from view.
She is the one who cranks the radio in others' cars...
Graceful as Belle when reading to the Beast.
Graceful as the night killer hunting their final prey.
Graceful as moonlight dancing off the glistening lake.
Graceful as the main ballerina dancing in a folklore tale.
Graceful as the breeze on a summer day in a field of flowers.
Graceful as a steady beat in an old disco tune.
Graceful as she falls over a flat surface...
She is outgoing as a canary.
She is a silent plea for quiet and peace.
She is a record, only playing when the time is right.
She is wise like the owl who sits at his perch awaiting the mouse.
She is cunning with her words like an evil queen out for revenge.
She is sweet as an apple pie with whipped cream and ice cream.
She is the one who drops her phone onto the lunch table...
Glasses cover doe like eyes,
Gazing over Anatomy homework.
A smile that counts false faces,
Amazed at the ones it finds.
Trying to solve the maze of her life,
Taking turns in drawing cards.
Guessing a tarot.
She, who is sassy.
She, who is kooky.
She, who is admired.
She, who is devoted.
She, who is a friend.
She, who is a sister.
She, who is Audrey.

This is for one of my dear friends and it is one of a few in the poem collection that I am making currently.
