I wish I could make the clock stop
I wish I could make the clock stop
For I never have enough time,
To do the work I am asked to do,
Who asked me to do this,
It was none other than you,
You did it with all of your lies,
You did it by treating me the way you do,
Now the clock mocks me,
Beating rhythmically like your heart,
But above all there is one lie you told me,
That I just can’t stand,
You said I love you
Lies lies lies,
now I’ve made the clock stop.
