Death
The desert, amzing, beatiful, and at the same time deadly.
One minute you feel safe and free the next your standing in dark black room named death.
There is no door, no key, not even a key hole.
You bang and scream but there is no way out.
Slowly one peice at a time you waste away untill there is none of you left.

My insperation for this story was my battle with anorexia. Slowly wasting away while no one around me seemed to notice. After a wile I collapsed and was addmited into a facility for people with eating disorders. While I was there I wrote this peom while in a deep depression. I am now a healthy normal 17 year old girl and I felt like it was time to let go of the past.
