The One
Puddles. Dark. Blurry. Faded. Shade-- Blind
Quiet. Mute. Hush. Tired. Whispers-- Deaf
Broken. Slack-jawed. Short. Breathless-- Speechless
What they all left me:
Blind, deaf, and speechless.
But this one left me:
Stop. Lifeless. Numb. Torpid.
Unmoving. Inactive. Disabled.
Helpless. Crippled. Nerveless. Benumbed
-- Paralyzed
He was the one who changed everything.

He, obviously "the one", inspired me to write this. That's all I really have to say.
