Waves crash against cliffs
Growing angrier
And angrier
The sea churns with dissatisfaction
Water sprays
With jealous rage
A storm too big to hold back
Too insignificant to detect
Nobody knows it’s happening
Nobody cares
About the dark storm clouds
Threatening the house on the cliff
Waves crash against bricks
Destroying more
And more
The sea churns in the basement
Water sprays
Onto the windows
The house has been torn down
The storm is gone
And impossible to detect
Nobody knows it happened
Nobody cares
