The Rain Fades

The sky
was gray,
it stayed that way,
for a while all I saw was gray,
the world
was just,
gray.
there was no color,
no vibrance,
just gray
the world was just gray,
it was made that way
it was made gray.
Then a storm came,
a great rumbling storm with weeks,
of heavy

N
rain,
that washed away the gray,
took all of that away,
because even in a storm we can learn,
the rain washed away.
