Because I Could not Understand Friendship
Because I could not understand friendship,
She easily understood me.
With every day that passed us by --
The confusion became a part of me.
Friendship likes her inscrutable personality,
For that is all she knows.
She makes it hard for girls like me
To read her constantly.
When we met, I could not guess
Why she did that to me.
But by the end of our time together,
She guided me in the right way.
