Wrought Iron Bars
She guarded her heart
Behind wrought iron bars
Locked in her tower
Only looking at stars
He was looking for adventure
Searching across the earth
There in a little town
He found a girl with worth
She looked out her window
There sat the man
Trying to break down her walls
And down the stairs she ran
He chipped away at each brick
And bent each wrought iron bar
She tried to stop his advances
Keeping her heart locked away far
But he broke down her guards
In that tower he found the source
Of all his happiness, out the door they ran
And they rode off on his iron horse
