Have you ever experienced intense training? If not, this book is perfect for teenage kids. A boy named Garret who was sent to Lake Harmony by his parents, because he smoked pot and dated his teacher. She is ten years older. Garret is 15, he does well in school, but he only went a few days a week. There at Lake Harmony, there are rules and if broken there are severe consequences. Many other kids are sent there for different reasons. Garret makes some friends, and they plan to escape from the beating and torture of Lake Harmony.

The author,” Todd Strasser” really knows how to make reading exciting. At first, I thought this book was about a military branch, I was wrong. Once I started reading the book, it became more interesting. To think how far parents will go to get their child to behave right I recommend this book to teenagers within the age of 11-17.
