Am I Ready

I think I’m ready,
Ready to admit how I feel,
Ready to come clean and tell you what I think,
I think I’m ready,
Ready to confess that ever since I met you I’ve had a crush on you,
Ready to talk to you without freezing up,
I think I’m ready,
Ready to open up my eyes and realize that keeping my mouth closed won’t get me anywhere,
But most of all,
I know I’m ready,
Ready to stop being afraid and let my true feelings show!
