She Told Herself

She told herself she wouldnt cry
not over a stupid guy
She told herself she wouldnt love
not after what happenned to her before
She told herself she wouldnt fall
back into his arms
but here she is, its summertime and shes in love, in his arms, no longer crying.
What she told herself was somewhat a lie
