When You Hold Her
She's the type you hold real close,
You never let go,
You kiss the tears away,
Tell her it'll all be okay,
When she fights you,
You hold on tighter,
You reassure her,
Because she's never sure,
Tell her she's beautiful,
Then feel good because she's glowing,
Tell her she's all you've ever wanted,
And know you're responsible for that smile,
But when you hurt her,
You can't hold her anymore,
Kiss away her tears,
Be there,
Be happy with her,
So don't let go,
Because she's worth it,
Especially when you hold her.
