I should have taken advantage
of the times id seen you daily
when you'd come from the west each morning
I was often too shy to speak
and every morning you would kiss me
my morning coffee
and I would think of nothing else
until I saw you next
and when I think of such things my chest is tight
because there is nothing I miss more
than seeing you everyday
