Day and Night
Life is brief,
In the middle of the night one may be its thief.
Night is there for only a couple of hours,
Till then don't you climb towers.
The chilly wind may soothe your chest,
Instead don't you run here there in haste.
Remember there will once again be dawn,
Fresh dew will be scattered over the lawn.
The sun over the horizon will once again rise,
Enhancing the landscape that's already nice.
Night and day come one after the other.
This is to elucidate the cost of each other.
