My Two Tones
Most of the time, I am pacific blue…
Sweet and peaceful,
with a heart as large as the sea; trying to fill others with pacific blue.
Then some days, my sizzling pink comes out in me…
Sassy and blunt,
close to a privilege teenage girl; not all handle my sizzling pink
I can feel my sizzling pink come out in me—
I beg myself to push it down under
and fill myself with pacific blue.
