Good morning
Being sick is so boring
You're at school and I miss you
and I really want to kiss you
This is a stupid poem,
but i miss you, home all alone
You make me feel all happy and stuff
not being with you today is going to be tough
I can't believe I'm writing something so lame.
But I really really love you and I know you feel the same.
I'm in my bed now and I feel really tired and yucky.
But I think of you and remember I'm so lucky
To have someone like you to brighten my day
You make the sick and the sad go away.
This sounds like something a second grader would write,
But I'll probably forget all about it when I talk to you tonight.
